Ginger Along the Trail
Durango Dog Park-right next to the Animas River where water lovin dogs can have a blast. There’s no parking at the dog park but there is a nice walking path and it’s easy to get to.
Creature Comforts-located in Durango, Colorado has a great selection of toys, food, treats and bones. You can bring your leashed pet into the store.
Snowdown Canine Fashion Show-this event happens the first weekend of February and is a part of a huge Durango winter festival. Don’t miss a chance to see this wild and wacky celebration.
K9 4K Feline No Way Race-Frisco, Colorado and is sponsored by L.A.P.S (League for Animals and People of the Summit) and after the race there is more fun with contests like Dog/Owner look a like, Best Dressed dog and Best Singer.
Dog Days of Redstone Parade-Redstone, Colorado is a part of a larger celebration that includes dog sled races and other fun events like a dog parade and best dressed dog. It takes place in January.
